40' trailer all bills & cable 450.00 monrh. I have 40 foot travel trailer (park model) with a (super slide out in living room) for rent. This is like a mini mobile home it has everything in it. Washer, Dryer, Bathtub / Shower, full size Ice Box. It is a 1 bedroom, very spacious for a travel trailer. This model is made to live in. Plenty of cabinets, etched in mirrors all over. Two ceiling ac’s / heaters and 1 window ac. Wired Internet and wireless, - FREE, Cox cable box with premium channels, - FREE. ( internet , cable, electricity, water, and trash.) All of these bills paid. Except for propane, which is needed for stove. Propane usually last several months. This has an electric hot water heater.
Female or couple preferred. Outside (ONLY) pets welcome..
$450.00 a month.. It is located on ¾ acre out in the country ( close to lafayette, 20 minutes) next to my house. Has private driveway and outside pets are welcome. Nice neighborhood and very close to Lafayette. We are laid back and easy going. Please no checks through mail etc. must meet the tenants first.
